Bavarian Inn Lodge is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Frankenmuth, MI
Responsible for maintaining Bavarian Inn Lodge high standards and working condition of guestrooms, building, grounds, equipment, and furnishings. Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Preventative Maintenance database for the department. Responsible for preventative maintenance to minimize future problems and expenditures.
Must have experience (will accept those willing to learn) with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and have previous experience with maintenance.
Full-Time 5 days per week. Weekdays, weekends, evenings and some holidays. Starting wage is $16/hr and can be higher depending on applicants' experience.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must be 18 years of age. HVAC, electrical, with prior experience as maintenance required or a strong committed willingness to learn. High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum one year experience of light repair and maintenance. Ability to use/climb ladders, be on feet for continuous length of time, bend, reach, stretch and lift. Valid state driver’s license required. Ability to drive Lodge vehicles and to be insured.
UNIFORM: Charcoal work pants, silver-grey work shirt, black leather tie work shoes or boots with rubber soles name tag.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
